I am Rakesh and I am currently doing MSc in Mechatronics from the University of Duisburg, Germany. It was always my dream to do my Masters from a foreign University. I searched for a lot of courses in the UK and US. I applied for a few courses of my choice and got admission, but the economic crisis which was prevailing at the moment made me rethink about it. It was at that time that I was introduced to Mr. Arun Kumar by one of the Lecturers in my College. He showed me the path to where I am right now. He runs the Translinguaindia Institute for Foreign Languages (TIFL), from where I did my German courses A1 and A2. I really enjoyed learning the language at TIFL. His method of teaching was both effective and innovative. One develops all four language skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking. The speaking club Gruppe Deutsch conducted at TIFL was my most favorite session. In it everybody gets a chance to improve and you don’t feel shy to speak. I thank Arun sir for showing me the path which has brought a great diversion in my Career. To anyone who wants to learn German, I would strongly recommend a course at TIFL. Alles Gute.

Germany is one of the leading countries in the field of education. They are well advanced in all fields of education whether it is technical education, language, law etc. Recently they have opened doors to international students by introducing English courses. So studying in Germany becomes an exciting experience. But the German people are not so fluent in the English language and this poses a difficulty for our social life in Germany. When I decided to go to Germany to pursue my higher education I thought of learning the language to build up good social relations. TIFL is an institute that offers high standard language training but in a much simpler way. Thanks to Mr. Arunkumar. I would highly recommend TIFL for German language training & guidance for higher education in Germany.

Learning at TIFL was an awesome experience for me. With Lehrer(Teacher) Arun's guidance, we not only develop our German language skills, but he surprises us with our lack of knowledge in even English. From the moment you step inside TIFL in Arun Sir's class till you walk out of it, you will genuinely feel the dedication and sincerity he puts in making us learn the language. He makes sure we learn the language to use it to speak and communicate and not just learn the language for a namesake qualification! Thanks to his guidance and constant support and morale boosters, I got admitted to TU-Berlin which happens to be the best in Germany too! I am here now, doing my MS in GPE at TU-Berlin and I would recommend anyone to join TIFL and be part of the fun and learning experience, and develop a beautiful friendship with our dear Arun Sir. The A1 level German (Start Deutsch I) at TIFL under the guidance of Mr. Arun Kumar was a pleasant and educative experience. Doing a language course under him would assure you one thing, i.e., your basic foundation in German will be solid. He teaches the language in depth and in a way that it can be absorbed easily. TIFL also conducts free weekly conversation classes (Gruppe Deutsch), which helps in developing the vocabulary and verbal skills. His patience in teaching me made me do really well for my A1 level exam (93%). I am thankful to him for guiding me to select Germany for higher studies and have got admission for my Master’s Programme at the University of Applied Sciences (Ingolstadt) (Starting from October 2009). I would gladly recommend joining TIFL either to improve your language skills, to learn the language itself or to seek guidance for higher studies in Germany. Alles Gute Viele Grüsse.
